The conference will be held on the territory of one of the main organizers - the Technopark of Novosibirsk Academgorodok “Academpark” on the 13th floor of Information Technology Center (ITC), Nikolaeva str. 11, and on the 2nd and 3d floors of Collective Use Center (CUC), Nikolaeva str. 12.
Novosibirsk
Novosibirsk is located in the very heart of the Russian Federation, in Western Siberia, 3000 km from Moscow on the banks of the Ob River. The first name of Novosibirsk was Novonikolayevsk. It had been a very small village until in 1893 a railway bridge over the great river was built. The location proved to be extremely advantageous for trade and a small village started growing rapidly. By 1962 it set a world record of the population growth - one million people in 70 years. The Bridge became a part of Trans-Siberian Railway; Novonikolaevsk was renamed to Novosibirsk and got a status of the Siberian capital and one of the most important economic and transport centers of Russia. Now Novosibirsk is the third most populous and biggest city in Russia after Moscow and St. Petersburg with the population of more than 1.5 million people.
Novosibirsk is also big cultural center with geography suitable for different trips.

Akademgorodok
Novosibirsk Akademgorodok is located 30 kilometers away from the city center and has the worldwide reputation as the largest Russian scientific and educational center. There are almost 40 research institutes, the Novosibirsk State University, which is the main supplier of scientific staff, and the Novosibirsk Technopark, where the conference will be held, on the territory of Akademgorodok.
During the construction of Akademgorodok government tried to create ideal living and working conditions for scientists. Akademgorodok is built in the taiga zone bordered by a botanical garden and the bank of the reservoir referred to as the Ob Sea. In fact, this is a big separated area, provided with everything necessary for living, working and recreation.
Transportation
Novosibirsk is located 3000 km from Moscow. It is easy to get to the city both by plane and by train. The city has an international airport "Tolmachevo" and one of the biggest Russia’s railway station "Novosibirsk-Glavnyiy". More than 10 flights Moscow-Novosibirsk are carried daily.
